Struggling with Bitterblack Isle Rarify: Tips and Tricks from a Fellow Arisen

Are you like me, stuck in the Bitterblack Isle, trying to purify that elusive Level 2 weapon chest? I sure was. After months of farming RC and dying a thousand deaths, I finally cleared it out and wanted to share my experience with fellow Arians.

Firstly, let's talk about gear. Make sure you're equipped with decent gear for the level you're at. I made the mistake of using lower-level gear and paid the price. Upgrading your equipment will make a huge difference in your survivability.

My party consists of a Main Pawn (me), Mage main pawn, Ranger, and Sorcerer hired pawns. We've got a solid set of skills, with Full Moon Slash, Ruinous Sigil, Great Cannon, Holy Wall, Blessed Riposte, and one buff depending on the situation. However, even with these skills, we still struggled to take down some of the tougher mobs in BBI.

One thing that helped us was killing the story Dragon and offline Ur Dragon twice, which gave me a decent sword to wield. I also swapped vocations a few times to mix it up and get some augments. But despite all this preparation, we're still getting our butts kicked by some of the tougher mobs down here.

So, what can you do differently? First, make sure you're prepared for the level of difficulty that BBI presents. Don't underestimate the power of those dark mobs - they will one-shot you if you're not careful. Secondly, consider upgrading your gear and skills to match the level of difficulty you're facing.
